M & A Electric Cooperative

This project included electrical design for site improvements consisting of the construction of five new buildings, as well as, the renovation of two existing buildings and the installation of additional site lighting. The new buildings consisted of garage, maintenance and communications facilities with provisions for communications between existing site buildings utilizing an in-ground pre-fabricated concrete trench system. The new communications facilities also included provisions for emergency power and surge suppression systems. The existing building renovations included upgrading electrical services to maintenance and storage buildings with provisions for future communications systems installations and site expansion. Other site improvements included completing a full site lighting analysis and adding additional building and pole mounted lights to achieve desired lighting levels.
