Brackett Krennerich - Bay Schools Additions

This project is for a new 28,000 sq ft addition to connect the existing High School, Elementary, and Safe Room buildings. The new addition includes a new cafeteria, kitchen, stage area, family science classroom, computer labs, and special services classrooms. This new addition was funded through the Arkansas State School District and was designed per the newly adopted Arkansas School Facility Manual. The MPE systems included individual room HVAC systems with computerized temperature controls and central make-up air system, new electrical service entrance for the three buildings, sprinkler system, and smartboards in each classroom. Strickland Engineering provided the MPE engineering services to Brackett Krennerich Architects, Jonesboro, Arkansas.
